The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 181 am "An Act relating to the state's right to appeal in criminal cases; relating to sentence appeals; amending Rule 202 of the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor moved the Court Rule change. Senator Ellis objected. The question being: "Shall the Court Rule change be adopted?"
